Fred Townsend is a long-term member of the Los Angeles chapter and has served for many years as the Regional Director for some time as well. Fred is retired from the county of Los Angeles where he worked as an HVACR technician stationed at a county hospital in Downey, Ca.
Being a regional director requires a fair amount of Freds time as he coordinates what each chapter in his two regions are doing and what is happening with our regional association, CARSES. We thank Fred for all his efforts and certainly for the time he donates to our organization.
